Participation in the event is open to government and diplomatic officials, academics, civil society practitioners, private sector representatives, young professionals, and other interested individuals from around the world.

Participation Cost

The Academy for Cultural Diplomacy aims to ensure broad and inclusive participation in its international conferences and programmes. To this end, it endeavours to reduce and subsidise participation costs for its attendees wherever possible. The participation fee for event  is 795 euros, which contributes to the costs of developing and administering the event. Participation in the program includes the main program components, as well as cultural and social activities such as excursions, sightseeing, guided tours, and visits to key cultural institutes and exhibitions. Participants will receive a certificate of attendance upon completion of the program.
