The USA-Scotland Forum on Cultural Diplomacy 2026 will take place in Washington D.C. & New York City from October 5-9th, 2026 to examine the strategic role of cultural diplomacy in strengthening USA-Scotland relations and addressing shared contemporary challenges. With a focus on economic innovation cooperation and social and cultural exchange, the Forum will provide a structured setting for policy-oriented discussion, knowledge-sharing and international collaboration.

Through keynote speeches, high-level panels and moderated dialogues, the Forum will explore how cultural diplomacy can support stronger bilateral relations, foster economic innovation partnerships and enhance social and cultural exchange between the United States and Scotland.
