Overview

The London AI, Impact Finance & Blockchain Forum Initiative was founded by the Scotland Forum as an interparliamentary alliance to advance dialogue and cooperation in the fields of artificial intelligence, impact finance, blockchain, cryptocurrency and digital assets.

The goals of the initiative are to place AI, cryptocurrency, blockchain and digital assets at the centre of discussions on financial innovation, impact investment and economic development. It brings together parliamentarians, policymakers, practitioners, experts and thought leaders to facilitate dialogue and collaboration, examine the role of emerging technologies and digital finance in supporting modern economic development, and explore frameworks for integrating impact investment into mainstream financial markets.

The initiative also provides a platform for analysing developments in AI, blockchain, cryptocurrency, media technology and other digital assets, while identifying opportunities for research, investment and practical application. In addition, it develops research projects to generate evidence-based insights and maintains an ongoing platform for discussion, knowledge sharing and the dissemination of research and findings in these fields.
